The 2009 R-Class is a 4-door, up to 7-passenger luxury sport-utility, available in two trims, the R350 4MATIC and the R320 BlueTEC.

Upon introduction, the R350 4MATIC is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 268-horsepower engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 20-mpg on the highway.
